Sophisticated control equipment, measuring: fruit flow, sizing and distribution, by an artificial vision cameras system. Especially indicated for treatment lines with complicated fruit supply systems or irregular distributions.

VARILINE  – ON LINE

Dosing and direct application of phytosanitary or fortifying agents

Special execution of the VARILINE distributor equipment to adjust them to downsized spaces – end of washing machine – or on specific brush machines. Direct application of the product on the skin of the fruit, with automatic dosage of the clean mixture in the adjusted amount to the fruit volume to be treated.

High-flow shower with recirculation On Line

For on-line drencher kind of treatments on roller conveyors or brushes, in downsized spaces. Ensures a total drench of the fruit with a limited volume of treatment mixture. With automatic preparation and refill of the treatment mixture.

Detergent and disinfectant dosage in the fruit washers

VARIDES-FOAM. Detergent dispenser in single or double execution -with / without treatment- for fruit washing brushes machine. Application by foam curtain or drip bar, with manual or automatic dosing.

VARIDES-PH. Dosing machine for our disinfectant FRUITCARE-PH for washed fruit. Automatic and instant water / disinfectant mixing. Application by shower nozzles.

VARIDES-BOX. Special execution as a dispenser for washing machines for boxes or palots.

VARIDIP

Automatic phytosanitary dispenser. 

Automatic phytosanitary dispenser, with direct discharge to the machine’s tank or intermediate tank. It mixes the water with the phytosanitary or fortifying agents in the programmed doses and it also allows the incorporation of disinfectant. Automatic refilling based on the treated fruit keeps the mixed treatement fresh, at the appropriate level and with a stable concentration of active materials. Connected to the DATALINE system, it keeps a permanent computer record of the treatments and product consumption, with total accessible from any devise with internet connection, so you can have access to your data anytime, anywhere.
